The practice of Russia's using in international politics well-prepared manipulations and thoroughly prepared political constructions, built on the principles of formal logic and meant to present the desirable for real, remains a problem for the world community. So far, the international community cannot offer anything in respond to the Russians' ripping up the norms of peaceful coexistence. And Russia itself, using its geopolitical advantages and the status of a world nuclear power, continues to pursue a policy of despising the interests of other states and peoples, cynically declaring that it will not change its positions even when their price will be related to the risk of a global war and destruction of the whole human civilization.
Hybrid wars and cyber tools for their conduct are just a separate element in the global threat to mankind that is created by today's Russia.
