October 22, 2019, another meeting of two presidents — of Turkey and the RF — took place in Sochi. The main issue they discussed was the situation in the North-East of Syria. It was there that Turkey conducted the anti-terrorist Operation Peace Spring. The matter is that such operations do not bring peace to the people of Syria. How many more thousands of Syrians have to die in the fight against terrorists “for peace and development”?

Strange as it might seem, Washington won. It is no accident, but the White House managed to lay for the future a fierce, local, controlled by the USA, conflict between Turkey and Russia, when both sides remain unsatisfied with the current situation.
