According to the Kremlin, the Majlis keeps playing a key role in shaping socio-political and, in particular, pro-Ukrainian sentiments among the Crimean Tatars. Therefore, federal and puppet Crimean structures have been tasked to neutralize the Crimean Tatar factor. To fulfill Putin's whim, special services, state authorities of the Russian Federation, media and diplomatic factors are willing to cooperate even with radical Islamist organizations, Chechen and other militant groups, as well as to consciously create the ground for ethnic conflicts between Crimean Tatars and Russians, especially Cossacks.

According to the Kremlin's plan, not less effective element of Russia's strategy to neutralize the pro-Ukrainian Crimean Tatar national movement will be opposition to the Crimean Tatars of representatives of the Chechen ethnos. And that is symptomatic: in the East of Ukraine Vladimir Putin and the FSB are also focusing on Chechen gunmen and the Russian Cossacks. The same Cossacks, who under the “command” of State Duma Deputy V. Vodolatskiy cannot protect their women and children from attacks of Chechen “state-Kadyrov's” terrorists committing abuse. They also try to find an ideological ground for mass violence and murder of “brothers-Ukrainians” — returning of taken away by the Bolsheviks in 1922 lands, which once again testifies: “Kremlin deputies” are direct descendants of Lenin and Stalin.
P.S. Such is the national policy that P Kh (Petersburg's Khlopchyk (Ukr. for “Boy”) leads in the South and East of Ukraine.
